All the apartments are fully furnished and the kitchens are all equipped with refrigerator, cooker, oven/microwave and washing machine. Most flats have an independent living room with dinning space, sofas and a TV and the individual rooms will all have a bed, closet and normally a small study table and chair.
As it is possible to see from the photos of the different apartments student flats are not luxury furnished but are very suitable if you are looking for a cheap place to live and will like to live with other students.
In all the apartments the students in the flat will be responsible for the daily work like cooking and cleaning although some includes weekly cleaning. There are in general no supervision but in most apartments it is required that the student pays a deposit equivalent to one months rent for damages occurred in the flat.
